Boardrooms are filled with men and very few women. Helena has enlisted dozens of board chairpersons from major companies – including Bloomberg, Barclays, and KPMG – to push corporations to achieve a 30% female board representation.

To further the revolutions, she needs: (1) more board chairpersons to sign onto the effort; and (2) current board members to reach out past their organic networks, which usually consists of men, to recruit qualified women for open board seats.
