When Natalia Oberti Noguera started the Pipeline Fellowship, only 12% of angel investors were women. She has single-handedly increased that percentage by training over 80 women who have invested more than $400,000 in start-up businesses.

To further the revolution, she needs: (1) more women to sign up; and (2) more investor experts to volunteer as trainers.
